SCOTT MOORE, Esq.

Scott is a Massachusetts licensed attorney and possesses certifications as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
In addition, Scott is an active member of the American Ambulance Association and has been a Site Reviewer for the Commission for the Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) for many years.
Scott is still an active EMT and continues to respond to emergencies as a Call Fire Fighter in his home town.
TAYLOR OUELLETTE, PHR, SHRM-CP

Taylor Ouellette is a strategic, passionate business woman, she has provided advisory services across several industries, including healthcare, finance and education. Her most recent role was as the SVP of People Operations for a technology-enabled healthcare service that delivers immediate care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). She currently serves as an Executive Coach for a number of C-Suite healthcare leaders in Boston and New York. Ouellette’s passion for business, people, and operations has enabled her to quickly climb the ranks in the healthcare industry as a trusted People Operations leader.
Prior to her role as SVP of People Operations, Ouellette was responsible for leading several major Human Resources and Operations initiatives at Massachusetts largest private ambulance provider, including growing the organization to more than 900 employees.
Ouellette earned a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Salem State University. Recognizing the importance of being a strategic partner and advisor for the CEOs she works with, she obtained her M.B.A. in Leadership. Her tactical approach, passion and innate leadership ability and experience enables her to successfully lead any executive or organization she partners with into the future.
