Description
The COVID-19 pandemic created several pieces of legislation that impacted employers. This includes the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). Under the FFCRA, certain employers are required to provide Emergency Paid Family Medical Leave and Emergency Paid Sick Leave to employees for specific reasons related to COVID-19. The law requires that employers document all FFCRA-related leave activity.
